Shipping of your package
Orders placed on Agrokron are processed within 2 business days of confirmation. Merchandise is shipped via the carrier selected at checkout. Even if shipped "carriage paid" with freight charged on the invoice, goods always travel at the customer's own risk.
Only upon the customer's written request can the shipment be insured, with costs borne by the requester. If the shipment is made "carriage forward," also upon written request, the risk is to be considered entirely borne by the customer.
Upon delivery, it is fundamental to check that packages are intact and that the quantity and quality of the goods correspond to the transport document. In case of anomalies, it is mandatory to note "subject to inspection" on the carrier's delivery slip. In the absence of such a reservation, it will not be possible to proceed with any replacements or damage compensation claims.

Shipping Cost Calculation
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of the products in the cart and the delivery address indicated during registration or checkout.
The cost shown before entering the country and address is only indicative and refers to the maximum expected rate.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for orders over €50 (excluding VAT).
However, certain items such as lubricants, batteries, special materials, and others are excluded from the promotion due to their specific transport requirements.
Return and Exchange Policy
7.1 Right of Withdrawal
If the customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person purchasing goods for purposes not related to their professional activity), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.
7.2 How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal and Quick Procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer can send an explicit communication via email to agrokronshop@gmail.com. Alternatively, to facilitate and speed up this operation, we have set up an online procedure:

- If you are a guest user (not registered): Use the quick return form below.

In case of withdrawal, AGROKRON will refund all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the customer's choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by AGROKRON), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day AGROKRON is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw. AGROKRON will carry out the refund using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction; in any event, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.
7.4 Return of Products
The customer is required to return the products to AGROKRON without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day they communicated their withdrawal from this contract. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer. The shipment must be made to the following address:

7.5 Commercial Returns and Exchanges
Commercial returns, i.e., those not due to lack of conformity but due to incorrect orders by the customer, can only be accepted if the products are in stock and must be requested within 14 days of receipt. In the case of products ordered at the customer's request and not available in stock, the return or exchange request is subject to manufacturer approval and must still take place within 14 days of receipt. In any case, the merchandise must be returned intact, in its original packaging, and without signs of wear or damage.
7.6 Condition of Returned Products
The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete with all parts (including packaging and any accessory documentation: manuals, cables, etc.) and without signs of wear or dirt.
7.7 Exclusions and Limitations
Returns or exchanges of items expressly ordered from the manufacturer and not available in stock will not be accepted, unless with explicit manufacturer authorization. In any case, return or exchange requests will not be accepted after 14 days from the date of receipt of the products by the customer.
Order Cancellation
The customer may request the cancellation of the order before it has been shipped. To do so, they must contact AGROKRON customer service as soon as possible via email at agrokronshop@gmail.com or via internal site messaging. In case of cancellation before shipment, AGROKRON will refund the full amount paid by the customer. The right to cancel the order is precluded in cases where the goods have been expressly ordered by AGROKRON from their supplier (All products not expressly marked on the site as "READY FOR DELIVERY") and they have not, in turn, accepted the cancellation of the order.
