Product Description
EUMAR 120-40 is the specialized solution for the lubrication of large-displacement marine diesel systems. Its formulation is characterized by a high TBN (Total Base Number), essential for neutralizing corrosive effects resulting from the use of fuels with high sulfur concentrations. This lubricant actively works to prevent cylinder liner wear and piston ring sticking, keeping impurities in suspension and preventing the formation of carbon deposits and sludge. Thanks to the thermal stability of its selected base, EUMAR 120-40 ensures a tough lubricating film resistant to high pressures, preserving the integrity of bearings and drive components, thus ensuring a long operating life for main and auxiliary engines in commercial and industrial vessels.
